Don't bother trying to get a job at the Point in Five Points. It's run by a family that takes up half the bar getting drunk most nights of the week. What policies are in place or enforced depend on the bac of the owners, which will vary between "cop feels bad for you" and "paramedic feels bad for you". They tell you one thing one day and the opposite the next day. They don't let you take your tips at the end of the night. They keep them overnight so they can skim them. They will throw you under the bus when dealing with problem customers instead of backing you up. They constantly yell at employees for problems that are unrelated to work. Their policy with bartenders is to not let anyone feel secure in their job, so they fire people constantly. Instead of acutally paying a manager to work nights, everyone with any authority leaves at 10, and anything that happens after that is blamed on the bar staff. They don't have adequate security on the busy nights so the bar staff is blamed for
