You will need to create/edit forms and generate db Queries and populate results on website. This person needs to know how to create File and directory upload capabilities from the website and maintain separate directory structure for each user login. Infrastructure back-end website is hosted on Linux and Apache. Most of the work is complete, but need someone to finish the last remaining pieces.
