Job description: Expanding consumer law practice is looking for part-time associate attorneys to be responsible for managing and monitoring litigation in N.Carolina Federal Courts, including complaint drafting, client interviews, settlement negotiations, discovery, court appearances, and, in the unlikely event, trial. All work is done using our client management database, which is accessible remotely. Our developed methods and forms allow for speedy and efficient file handling and reporting. All administrative tasks and e-filing will be done by main office paralegals. You can work from home. job requirements: Applicants must have 2-10 years of litigation experience and familiarity with federal procedure and handling litigation in federal courts. We are seeking trainers/presenters/consultants to train using our materials. We train in pk - 12 grade schools nationwide (public/private and charter schools). A small number of our trainers also train at colleges and churches. You can work in your regional area or travel to work in another state (you will determine).
