This is a completely restored to original 1931 Model A Ford Victoria (Vicky), the restoration was a body off complete frame, engine, transmission, brakes all chassis, all body, all interior restored. Nothing left untouched. There are less than 3000 miles on the restoration. The car runs like a top. Interior reupholstered like original with hand straps, door pockets and window blinds. The Ford Model A Victoria is a rare vehicle, of the little less than 5 million Model A's produced only about 40 thousand were Vickys and it is estimated that less than 10 thousand of those exist and a large percentage of those are no longer original. Original Colorado car owned by a mailman who drove this car over the continental divide to deliver the mail from Hotchkiss to Canon City, Colorado. One owner car driven from 29 to 49 when the mailman retired and put the car in storage. Was stored in the garage with the home canning and a jar of pickles fell on the fender which left a small dent. Pulled out of storage in 1962 when it went to Phoenix where it was driven only 4000 miles and then restored in 1964. This car has only 46,000 miles since new. This is the original Green color and was repainted in laquer with Black fenders. The mailman had brush painted the car Black and was sanded down to the original color when the car was redone. New Lebaron-Bonney interior with new top also installed. Engine is original and untouched. Some of the bright work has been redone but much is still 1929 Ford issue. New side curtains, original tools, jack and grease gun. This is an original car with some very interesting history
